I am located at the Kaehler Memorial Medical Clinic, Air Station Cape Cod on the Massachusetts Military Reservation.
As the HBA/BCAC; I assist Active Duty Military, Active Duty Family Members, Guard / Reserve members, and Retirees with all issues and questions pertaining to their available benefits. I disseminate information on TRICARE, US Family Health Plan, Veterans Administration, United Concordia dental, Delta dental, Supplemental insurance, Long Term Care insurance, Mail Order Pharmacy and other benefits available to military & retired service members and their families.
As the DCAO; I assist Active Duty Military, Active Duty Family Members, Guard & Reserve members, and Retirees with all issues and questions pertaining to billing and claims issues that they may have.
All services are free as long as you have a valid Military ID to gain entry onto the base!
