Community Health Center of Cape Cod
Services offered to veterans: A grant from the Massachusetts Department of Veterans Services assists us with providing episodic healthcare services to veterans in the Upper Cape Region. This service is for veterans who are patients of Community Health Center of Cape Cod and patients of a veterans’ hospital. Healthcare is not for chronic conditions because those will be taken care of at a veteran’s hospital, however, it is for unexpected health issues such as an infection. Veterans will also receive assistance with other services if they have other needs besides medical ones.
